Freestyle Socials is all about spontaneous, lively public events run by people like you. We're here to connect and celebrate the energy of public gatherings—but with great freedom comes great responsibility. Read on to keep things fun, safe, and fair.
When you organize an event through Freestyle Socials, it's *your* event. We do not own, manage, or take responsibility for anything that happens at your gatherings. You call the shots, but you also bear the risks—so plan wisely!
We love a good time, but we insist that all events:
If things get out of hand or break the rules, we may have to limit your access to Freestyle Socials. Nobody wants that!
You’re free to run events, but we do ask that you *let us know* when you’re planning something. This helps us keep our platform running smoothly and, if needed, point you toward helpful resources. It also gives us a chance to share your event on our social media channels!
Upon creating an account with Freestyle Socials, users are permitted to use Freestyle Socials branding in materials they create, without requiring further approval.
All use of our branding must:
Unauthorized or incorrect use may result in permission being revoked.
Some services may require payment. By subscribing, you agree to:
If payment fails, we’ll try again, but after 28 days of non-payment, your access may be suspended. Accounts with unpaid fees for 60 days may be terminated. Keep your payments up to date to avoid disruptions!
We respect your privacy, and we expect the same from you. Confidential Information includes non-public business details, customer lists, technical processes, and financial data. Each party agrees to:
Confidential Information *does not* include things already public, independently developed without reference to the other’s info, or legally obtained from a third party. If required by law, disclosure is permitted—but if possible, notice should be given to the other party.
Freestyle Socials is a platform, not an organizer. If things go sideways at your event, we’re not liable for any damages, injuries, fines, or other consequences. You assume full responsibility for everything related to your gathering.
We expect all event organizers and attendees to treat each other with respect. If someone reports bad behaviour, we reserve the right to take action—including banning users who violate the spirit of Freestyle Socials.
Things change, and sometimes you may need to close your account. You can do this at any time by contacting us for specific instructions. No refunds will be issued for accounts which are cancelled mid-billing cycle.
We can also suspend or terminate your account for any reason, at any time, without notice (unless required by law). This includes suspected fraud or other violations of these terms. When an account is terminated:
We may tweak these terms over time. If we do, we’ll post an update. Keep an eye out!
Freestyle Socials is all about creating memorable experiences. Organize responsibly, communicate clearly, and enjoy the ride!
